Very good original car. Damson red with light tan interior. 63,700 miles. I have owned this car for 30 years. Well maintained, rush free, running very well. Rebuilt carbs, rebuilt transmission, rebuilt distributer. I have a copy of the Triumph Workshop Manual that will go with this. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. $18,000.

1996 TVR Chimaera 4.0 LEFT HAND DRIVE For sale - 1996 Chimaera 4.0 LEFT HAND DRIVE $29000 1996 TVR Chimaera (LEFT HAND DRIVE) Starmist Blue with dark blue full leather interior 4.0 ltr TVR V8 (240 HP) 5 speed box Converted to Left Hand Drive Power steering Power Brakes Central locking Power windows The car has an amazing dual personality. Happy to burble along with that amazing V8 rumble....but when you give it the beans, it picks up and throws you down the road with a wicked howling engine. The weight of a Miata but with a tuned 4.0 ltr V8. Regularly serviced at local TVR specialist Records dating back to 2001 from the UK. Imported it from the UK in 2011 with ~90,000 miles. Engine and gearbox rebuilt when in UK (no records of the rebuild, but the motor runs very strong and does not smoke or leak) Car converted to LHD using as many of the EU conversion parts as possible. As part of the conversion, the entire cabin was re-trimmed in leather and the rear targa hood and removable carbon fibre roof was re-trimmed as well. Solid outriggers. It has done less than 10,000 miles since it arrived from the UK Additional work completed by the local TVR specialist (the local experts and prior CDN distributor of TVRs): -New Bilstein shocks (original spec) -New brake booster and master cylinder -New Yokohama S-Drive tires -Alignment -Tune up Selling for medical reasons. Reasonably priced for a quick sale.
