Original colour was white with most likely, red trim. I can not find the code on the vehicle to confirm. Does not mean it’s not there.
You want to hear the dumbass thing of the week? I am cleaning out the shed, this is the 4th car I’ve decided to sell. last summer I did a general shed clean up, old fabrics, wood bits, general garbage from years past. There was a pair of red door panels up in the rafters. I couldn’t remember what they were from, so I assumed they were from a dodge or an old Cadillac I once owned. Away they went to the burn pile……this car was way in the back and it never occurred to me…….
Yup, perfect condition door panels for this car. I had taken them off and carefully stored them out of harms way 40 years ago. Burned them 4 days before I remembered …….
Except for the speedometer, instruments have the original convex glass,
I did drive this car the day I parked it , late 70’s. It still is to this day, the nicest car I have ever driven. The power, the overall feeling, it’s impossible to describe. Hey, 45 years after the fact, I can feel it like I am still going down the road. The transmission shifts like nothing I have driven since, smooth, tight and a real pleasure.
